Welcome to Hub Orbit Base. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", or "Participant") and Hub Orbit Base Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and participation in our technical market analysis training programs, live chart clinics, workshops, mentoring sessions, and website located at hub-orbitbase.click.

1. Educational Purpose & Scope

Hub Orbit Base provides specialized educational workshops, analytical methodologies, and structured training in technical chart analysis and multi-index correlation. All curriculum materials, chart breakdowns, live clinics, exercises, and instructor critiques are delivered strictly for educational, analytical, and training purposes.

Hub Orbit Base is an educational academy and training provider. Our role is to instruct students in quantitative chart reading, intermarket correlation matrix construction, and risk planning methodologies.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All training curriculum materials, lecture decks, proprietary correlation calculation workbooks, video recordings, session archives, diagrams, and written publications provided through our courses remain the exclusive intellectual property of Hub Orbit Base Co., Ltd.

Enrollment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and review course materials for your individual educational study. You agree not to distribute, republish, resell, broadcast, or commercially exploit any course materials without our express prior written authorization.

3. Admissions, Tuition & Registration

Participation in our cohorts, workshops, and private mentoring sessions is subject to admissions approval and seat availability. Tuition must be paid in full or in agreed installments via official invoice before course access credentials or studio seat reservations are finalized.

4. Code of Conduct in Clinics & Study Groups

To preserve a professional, focused learning environment, participants agree to engage constructively during live chart clinics, maintain respectful discourse with instructors and fellow students, and adhere to studio guidelines when attending in person at our Chiang Mai facility.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Hub Orbit Base Co., Ltd., its directors, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of educational concepts, chart techniques, or third-party charting software discussed during training.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
